Recently, the second meeting of consultive management board of Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Hospital was held in Taipei Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. The attending members of this meeting include senior counselor Delang Wu and six other people from Taiwan Chang Geng Memorial Hospital, Vice president Shengyao Jiang, CEO Zhihua Wang and seven other people from Tsinghua University and Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Hospital.

　　Vice president Shengyao Jiang delivered the opening speech at the start of the meeting.CEO Zhihua Wang reported the construction process of engineering and public work briefly. Medical aspect like settings of medical departments, attending-in- charge system and physician team building, human resources aspect like core system construction, staff training and operation plan of our hospital as well as VI image design of our hospital are also be discussed in the meeting. Committee members offered some suggestions like building a cardiac catheterization room, cultivating internationalized physician training system and so on.

　　For improving the frequency and efficiency of meetings of consultive management board, Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Hospital will try to hold meetings through conference call or videos to promote important projects setting before hospital operation.
